Highly customised. Before setup, your account manager interviews your team — the business, the brand and the real marketing goal. From that we decide what to search for and build your analysis interface: which modules, which dimensions, which components and what content. The search itself is agentic: as your objectives shift, we update keywords, long-tail terms, accounts and platforms instead of running a fixed list.
No. We do not run a collection engine. Public-platform data is supplied by third-party providers; the Jeffery analyst team cleans, checks and analyses it, then delivers it to your workspace. That is why every report footer says "public-platform data supplied by third-party providers" — it is the literal truth.
Weekly by default; fortnightly or monthly if that suits you better, plus a monthly sentiment review. The scope is not fixed: your Monitoring Plan holds the objective and a starting set of keywords and accounts, and the analyst team keeps refining terms, accounts and platforms toward that objective, with every change logged in the plan. Changes you request take effect from the next cycle, so the one in progress is never disturbed.
Every metric can be explained in one sentence. Engagement is likes plus comments plus shares. Share of voice counts active engagement only and never mixes in views. When a platform does not expose a field, we leave it out and label the gap — no estimating, no zero-filling. Cycle-over-cycle comparisons are calculated when you read them, so if a definition changes, history changes with it.
International: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Reddit, Threads and Google web results. Chinese: RED (Xiaohongshu), Douyin, Weibo, Bilibili, WeChat Official Accounts and Channels, Zhihu, Baidu and Kuaishou. Each platform exposes different fields, and we state those limits openly in your plan rather than promise what we cannot get.
Yes. People in your organisation are either Member or Viewer. Both see exactly the same content; the only difference is whether they can edit organisation details and the monitoring plan. Seats come with your plan, and the remaining count is shown in settings. Invitations go out as a one-time email link valid for seven days.
Yes. Everything in your workspace is available to your assistant through a standard connector (MCP). Prefer not to connect anything? Nothing changes — the brief still lands.
No. Each organisation is isolated at the database row level — no organisation can read another's content. Deliverables are for your internal analysis only. We never roll them into a public product, benchmark or league table.
